Wardle Academy Extension
We are incredibly proud to announce that Wardle Academy will be receiving a fabulous extension by the end of the year. This additional teaching and learning space will mean we will have more space for our students and can offer more learning opportunities to our community.

The project creates a series of flexible teaching spaces and a prep kitchen to the existing academy; providing much needed additional school places in #rochdale.
Utilising a Structural Integrated Panel system (Sips) the project seeks to minimise time on site whilst promoting sustainable construction and improved thermal performance.
The project follows on from the award winning WaterShed project and intends to continue the development of the academy with a completion in Winter 2023.
