Our latest ECT1 cohort session was a brilliantly productive day spent exploring the essential components of high-quality pedagogy.
The day focused on bridging the gap between theory and the classroom, with our Early Career Teachers deconstructing the art of effective questioning and the impact of meaningful assessment and feedback. We also tackled the complexities of adaptive teaching, sharing strategies to support all learners while fostering a positive, purposeful climate for learning.
It was a privilege to see our ECTs collaborating so effectively, refining the skills that will shape their practice for years to come.
