Wardle Academy GCSE Results Day 2024
Staff and students at Wardle Academy are again celebrating a strong crop of GCSE results, with some excellent personal achievements.
Of especial note are the impressive performance of Gabriella Ogden, achieving 11 Grade 9s and an A* in the A Level Mathematics she sat two years early, and Rameesha Ali, who achieved 7 Grade 9s, a Grade 8 and a Grade 7. Other notable performances were from Isaac Gray, Scarlett Crossley and Ella Edwards.
“As ever, we are incredibly proud of our young people who have worked so hard to achieve their GCSE results. This cohort have made an impressive investment in their preparations, in particular through attendance at our Saturday provision (D6) and engagement with revision sessions. We feel immensely proud of this cohort and wish them well as they leave our care.
We are very grateful also to the staff teams who have worked so tirelessly to support Yr11 and, as ever, are very appreciative of the support and partnership of all our families.
