Peer Coaching Project
Students from Matthew Moss and Kentmere Academy visited Wardle Academy this week to celebrate the end of the first Watergrove Trust ‘Peer Coaching Project’.
Since September, Year 8 students have been reading with Year 6 students on a weekly basis. As well as helping to improve the reading and literacy skills of the primary learners, it has been fantastic to see the confidence gained by the coaches and the new relationships formed through these partnerships.
