The Watergrove Trust school business support team is a dedicated school financial service that has the skills and expertise to take on a range of challenging school financial and business situations.
By employing a dedicated team to maintain our partner schools’ finances, the Watergrove Trust is able to give confidence to school leaders that their financial issues are in order, giving them more time to focus on important matters within teaching and learning.
The trust also undertakes its own payroll services. Our staff have both the experience and specialist knowledge to handle all issues that may arise. Our services include salary payments, liaising with the LGPS and Teacher Pension Scheme, provision of pay slips and the administration of salary sacrifice and other benefits.
These services are also available for academies and other educational organisations not wishing to join the Trust but wanting additional assistance with their payroll and financial management.
